Appointments
The Advanced Gynecology clinic is open Monday through Friday by appointment only. When calling to schedule an appointment, please be prepared to clearly explain the purpose for the visit in order to allow for the appropriate amount of time to be scheduled. If you need to schedule an emergency appointment, there are a number of daily appointment times reserved for this purpose.
Please be considerate of fellow patients when it is necessary to cancel your appointment. 24 hours advanced noticed is required so we can utilize the time for another patient. Should you not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 Late Cancellation Fee. In addition, if you fail to show up for your appointment and you do not call to cancel, you will be charged a $50 No Show Fee.
The office is open from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Our reception staff handles all of our calls from 8:30 am through 4:30 pm. If it becomes necessary to speak with a doctor, it is necessary to leave a message to be returned. Please be patient as all of our doctors are very busy during office hours.
