Traveling from North Colorado Springs, take I-25 south and exit at Fillmore Street.  Proceed east on Fillmore to Nevada Avenue.  Turn south (right) onto Nevada and proceed to the Penrose Hospital main entrance.

Traveling from South Colorado Springs, take I-25 north and exit at Uintah Street.  Proceed east on Uintah to Nevada Avenue.  Turn north (left) onto Nevada Avenue and proceed to Penrose Hospital main entrance.
