Dr. Edward Lundblad attended the University of Miami for both undergraduate and medical school. He graduated in 1970. He completed his internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and his OB/GYN residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. In 1978, after four years of general OB/GYN practice, Dr. Lundblad returned to Walter Reed and the National Institutes of Health as a recipient of the National Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine. He is board certified in both OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology.
Dr. Lundblad spent the next 13 years as an associate professor of OB/GYN at the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, CO. In 1991, he was the Deputy Commander of the 10th MASH during Desert Storm. He is retired from the United States Army and has been in private practice since 1993.
During his residency, he met and married his wife Gayle. They have three grown children and are proud grandparents.
Dr. Lundblad’s current medical interests include infertility, tubal reversal, menopause and female hormonal balance.
